(FORT WAYNE) - A guilty verdict has been handed down against a Fort Wayne couple in the death of their infant.
Jurors convicted 21-year-old Misty Lee Jones of neglect causing death and 22-year-old Marshawn Wilson of both neglect causing death and battery causing death.
Prosecutors say Jones and Wilson caused the death of their 2-month- daughter in July of 2007, by not getting her medical attention after Wilson dropped the baby on her face.
