Last updated on Tuesday, June 10, 2008

(UNDATED) - Almost a third of Indiana’s 92 counties have been declared disaster areas because of the flooding.

At least two people have died in the flooding, including a boater who had been missing since Saturday.

The Department of Natural Resources says the body of 44-year-old Mark Stroud of Coatsville was recovered Monday in Mill Creek, about 30 miles southwest of Indianapolis.
