Protester Swag Found At Vandalized I-69 Office

Last updated on Wednesday, June 25, 2008

(EVANSVILLE) - Authorities say a group of protesters vandalized the east side office of the Evansville-based project manager for Interstate 69.

Vanderburgh County sheriff's department deputies found literature at the scene critical of the interstate project and bearing a web site of an anti-I-69 group.

Deputies will beef up patrols in the area surrounding the office and will urge nearby businesses to keep watch.
