(NEW CASTLE) - A Henry County woman was killed Wednesday after getting caught in her car in high water.
Officials say rushing waters broke a culvert and forced the woman's car from the road into a creek of fast-moving and rising water.
Marsha Draper was found dead in her car by rescue workers.
