(EVANSVILLE) - The trial for an Evansville doctor accused of leaving her child in a van while shopping begins today.
44-year-old Christie Reagan faces a charge of neglect of a dependent. Reagan is a family medicine physician at St. Mary's Medical Center, but she has been suspended without pay.
Regan and her husband are both accused of leaving their 23-month-old son alone in a van in December.
