Bank Teller Shooters To Appear In Court

Last updated on Monday, June 23, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The two men arrested for the robbery and shooting of a pregnant bank teller back in April are expected to be formally charged later today.

29-year-old Brian Kendrick and 28-year-old Aaron Stewart are facing a number of charges. Kendrick is facing charges of attempted murder, robbery, and two counts of feticide. Police think he pulled a gun on Katherin Shuffield and shot her during the daring daylight heist. Stewart is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Shuffield's unborn twins died several days after the robbery. This was a case that gained national attention and calls from shows like "America's Most Wanted" and "Inside Edition."
