Indy Charges Forward With Super Bowl Bid

Last updated on Tuesday, May 20, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS) - More details have been released on what Indianapolis promises if given the chance to host the 2012 Super Bowl.

The bid brags of big-name music performers, an NFL village and a brand new $9-million dollar athletic facility where teams could workout ahead of the big game-- that facility would be built at Tech High and handed off to the school district after the game.

Officials make the pitch first in Atlanta today. The city should know by this afternoon if all the hard work paid off.
