(RICHMOND) - A 23-year-old Wayne County man could learn later today if he will be free on bond while he waits trial for allegedly killing his teenage girlfriend.
James McFarland faces felony murder charges in connection with the death of 19-year-old Erin Stanley of Centerville. She was found dead in her parents' home last September.
The coroner's report revealed that she had been strangled.
