(INGALLS) - A ranch for troubled children might have found a home after meeting community opposition in Brown County and Martinsville.
Tekoa Ranch wants to build on a site behind the Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility and annex that property into the Town of Ingalls, about 20 miles northeast of Indianapolis.
The ranch would house youths with learning disabilities and emotional problems.
