(PIERCETON) - A 35-year-old man was convicted Friday night in the murder of a two-year-old girl.
A Kosciusko County jury convicted Ian Clark with murder and battery in the death of his fiancee's daughter. Samantha Muchowicz died as a result of multiple injuries.
The girl's mother came home from work last May to find the toddler dead on Clark's couch.
The jury is also recommending a life sentence without parole.
