Former Hoosier Lottery Security Guard Under House Arrest

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A judge has sentenced a former Hoosier Lottery security official to eight years of home detention for revealing to two men the store where they could buy a winning $1-million dollar scratch-off ticket.

62-year-old William Foreman could have faced up to 50 years in prison.
