(EVANSVILLE) - While police continued their search for Joaquin Starks on Saturday, the family of Ida T. Jefferson began making funeral arrangements in her home state of Texas.
The 25 year-old Starks is suspected of fatally shooting Jefferson, his former girlfriend early Friday outside the apartment where she had been staying with a friend.
Starks has been declared a fugitive and might have fled to Henderson, Kentucky.
