(FORT WAYNE) - A 25-year-old Fort Wayne man will spend 138 years in prison for a double murder.
An Allen superior court judge says the system "failed miserably" to help Jonathan Rhodes.
Rhodes was convicted of murdering 19-year-old Derious Fuqua and 20-year-old Percy Riley over a year ago. Three other men have already been convicted in the case.
