(TERRE HAUTE) - The Vigo County commissioners have declared a state of emergency for Prairieton, Prairie Creek and Sugar Creek Townships due to the potential for a levee to rupture.
The county emergency management association was out reinforcing the levee with sandbags on Saturday.
