Last updated on Monday, February 25, 2008

(GREENFIELD) - A pilot in trouble put down his piper on I-70 Sunday in Hancock County.

He says he lost power not long after liftoff from a west side airport.

Traffic came to a standstill, a mechanic came by and got the plane up and running again.

After speeding down the interstate, the plane took off and return to the Eagle Creek Airport.
