People Taking A "Polar Plunge" For Special Olympics

(MUNCIE ) - Thirty people took a plunge into frigid water Saturday at a water park in Muncie to raise funds for Special Olympics Indiana.

Barb Cox, Delaware County coordinator for Special Olympics, said last year's "Polar Plunge" raised about $150,000 statewide.

Plunges are taking place around the state almost every weekend through February and March.
