(LAFAYETTE) - A former Lafayette couple is charged with neglect after their neighbors reported seeing their children outside naked or only in diapers.
Lorelei and Michael Willis face five felony charges for neglect of a dependent. Police say that between May 2007 and last month, there were five separate incidents of neglect.
The couple was arrested January 4th after police responded to a call from neighbors saying they say two naked children running in the streets with a pit bull in the snow.
