(ROCHESTER) - State Police say a trooper may have been chasing a speeding vehicle when his patrol car ran off the road on U.S. 31 in Northern Indiana, killing him.
25-year-old trooper Daniel Barrett was driving northbound near the Fulton-Marshall County line when the crash occurred Sunday night.
