(NEW ALBANY) - The New Albany police department may have solved a cold case dating back to 2004 with the arrest of 42 year-old Anthony Lamar Caldwell of Louisville, Kentucky.
Caldwell's felony charges include burglary, rape, and criminal confinement.
Police identified Caldwell as a DNA match to the cold case, but they won't release details about the investigation until Monday.
