(MUNCIE) - A Muncie mother and her boyfriend are facing child neglect charges after her infant son was found drunk.
Child Protective Services officials say Amanda Elbert's son ended up at an Anderson-area hospital earlier in the week. He was unresponsive.
Elbert and her fiance, Edward Williams, were interviewed by investigators. Williams already is facing a handful of charges stemming from other incidents.
