(MARION) - Thanks to numerous donations from community members, businesses, churches, banks and sororities, the Marion Grant County YWCA won’t be shutting its doors any time soon.
Executive Director Pamela Schlechty said the organization has collected nearly $20,000 dollars during the past month.
It announced in late November that it needed $10,000 dollars by the end of December for operating costs.
