Citizens Speak Out Regarding Quadruple Murder Case

Last updated on Wednesday, January 16, 2008

(INDIANAPOLIS) - As Indianapolis police investigators work day and night to catch the killers in a quadruple murder case, some say it’s going to take more than a bigger police force to prevent it from happening again.

One man says more must be done to help the poor. He says many in the crime neighborhoods need opportunities.

Others say more money needs to be invested in those neighborhoods which could help put a stop to crimes like this one--or at least put the brakes on how often they happen.

One resident tells us it's not just police who need to crack down on crime, it's all of us. She told us that people who live in crime ridden neighborhoods need to quit turning their head and report illegal activity.

Two mothers and their two babies were killed Monday.
