(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Parke County council member is out of hot water in Marion County for now.
Marion county prosecutors dismissed charges against 54-year-old Roger Fisher. Fisher was discovered in a Speedway motel room with a 15-year-old boy.
Fisher's attorney says the boy admitted he was a willing participant. Prosecutors say the contradicting stories in the case made it "impossible" to go forward.
