(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis police have arrested a suspect in the death of a woman found lying under the I-65 overpass.
Police say Debra Furnish had been strangled.
A surveillance video at her apartment complex led police to arrest 34-year-old Derrick Martin.
