(LOUISVILLE) - A Kentucky jury has indicted a Plainfield teen accused of drowning of her newborn in a dorm room toilet.
19-year-old Kathryn McCoy faces murder and evidence tampering charges.
Police say she hid her pregnancy from friends and family, then secretly gave birth in October while attending a Louisville college.
She is back in court next month.
