No Charges Filed In Rockville High School Rape Case

(ROCKVILLE) - Criminal charges will not be filed in the case of an alleged rape involving members of the Rockville High School football team.

The investigation lasted nearly two weeks with detectives interviewing over 60 individuals.

The completed investigation was submitted for review to the Marion County prosecutor's office Monday.

The alleged crime occurred on November 24th at the Homewood Suites in Downtown Indianapolis. The victim was a 17 year old female student from Rockville High School and the suspects were three 17 year old male football players with the Rockville High School football team.

The victim and suspects were in Indianapolis with other students, players and staff participating in the Indiana state high school football championship.
