(INDIANAPOLIS) - The funeral for three-year-old Tajanay Bailey will be held this Wednesday at the East Side Baptist Church in Indianapolis.
Bailey was found dead last week at the Phoenix Apartments. Her mother Charity and Lawrence Green are both facing murder and neglect charges in the case.
A Marion County juvenile court judge is expected to unseal child services records today concerning Bailey. At issue is how the toddler was allowed to go back to her birth mother, after months of foster care.
Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi maintains Tajanay's death could've been prevented and is investigating the Department of Child Services.
