(UNDATED) - Jennings County sheriffs deputies caught up with an alleged peeping tom that they’ve been after for some time.
Phil Richman was arrested at a family member's home without incident, and is facing 19 felony counts of voyeurism.
The sheriff's office says the arrest stems from a lengthy investigation.
