(UNDATED) - An Indianapolis woman who police described as the main arsonist in the recently dismantled arson-for-insurance scheme turned herself in Monday.
47-year-old Vanessa Hatcher is accused of setting around 20 homes on fire in Muncie, Anderson, Indianapolis and Dayton between 2003 and 2007.
