(UNDATED) - A ruling by U.S. District Court Judge David Hamilton has helped clear the path for a new-terrain route of Interstate 69 from Evansville to Indianapolis.
Hamilton has denied claims by the Hoosier Environmental Council and several individuals and business owners that state and federal governments violated several federal laws in designing the route.
