(MUNCIE) - A Muncie father faces charges of aggravated battery and neglect. His three month old son, meantime, is fighting for his life.
35-year-old Curtis Henley was arrested Friday. He told police that three weeks earlier he had fallen on little Juwaun Henley and that the baby had hit his head on the floor. He said he then shook Juwaun when the infant didn't wake up.
Juwaun - now suffering from severe brain injury - is in critical condition at Riley Hospital For Children.
Curtis Henley faces multiple felony counts. He'll appear in court next week.
