(INDIANAPOLIS) - Police are investigating how an Indianapolis man whose bound, burned body was found on the city’s near-Northside died.
A man raking leaves Tuesday morning found the body of 46-year-old Alexander Reaves in an alley near the Indianapolis Water Co. Canal and 34th Street. His hands were tied behind him and his body was partially burned.
Police don't yet know how Reaves was killed.
