(FARMINGTON) - A Maine man awaiting extradition to Gary to face charges connected to the torture murder of a young boy nearly 30 years ago is known as “Dave the painter” to his neighbors.
Authorities say David Bowen led a quiet life as a painter in Portland and has no criminal convictions in that state since 1990.
