Accused Molester Faces Additional Charges

Last updated on Thursday, December 13, 2007

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man already facing molestation charges now has more coming against him.

Ronald Eiland, who was turned in the first time by a phone sex operator, is accused of molesting an eight-year-old girl for about a year between 2005 and 2006.

Eiland is already in trouble for allegedly molesting a nine-year-old girl in September. He was initially arrested in November.

Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi says the second victim came forward after seeing and hearing media reports. She reportedly told her parents the same thing had happened to her.

In both cases, the victims were friends with Eiland's children. Eiland was working at a Castleton Day Care Center owned by his mother, but the state revoked the license because Eiland had previous criminal convictions in Florida.
