(KENDALLVILLE) - Indiana’s new gaming police have carried out their first raids.
The three-month-old Gaming Control Division seized 21 "Cherry Master" video gambling machines from a pool hall and pawnshop in Kendallville.
No charges have been filed yet, but noble county prosecutors say they're considering charges against the pool hall owner.
The Gaming Control Division is part of the Indiana Gaming Commission.
The same law that authorized slot machines at Indiana racetracks created the gaming police to clamp down on illegal video gambling.
