Purdue Lab Investigating Death Of Clark County Cattle

Last updated on Wednesday, October 10, 2007

(JASPER) - A Purdue lab is investigating what caused a dozen cows to die suddenly on a farm in new Washington.

The deaths wiped out just over half the herd of a Clark County farm on Saturday.

Purdue's Heeke Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab says tissue samples have been sent out for testing, but it'll take a day or two to get results. Some procedures may not be complete for weeks.
