Jury Duty No-Shows Could Face Charges

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Skipping jury duty in Marion County could land you in jail.
Starting Monday, the courts will send the no-shows a summons calling them to a court hearing. They will then face a judge and get a new date for jury duty.
Failing to show up for that court date will result in an arrest warrant and contempt of court charges.
