(HOBART) - Jose Jimenez of Hobart thought his wife was cheating on him, and he figured the other man was hiding in the attic. So he fired several shots through his own ceiling, then called police.
Problem number one: the gun turns out to be stolen.
Problem number two: even if the gun were legal, Jimenez isn't allowed to have it because he was convicted of felony escape 15 years ago.
He's now facing federal charges.
