(GARY) - The father of a Gary teenager whose body lay undiscovered for hours after a car crash is demanding Police Chief Thomas Houston’s resignation.
Arthur Smith led about 20 protesters to police headquarters and to Mayor Rudy Clay's office.
He's trying to keep the heat on after police investigating the fatal crash didn't search the area, even after two survivors said there had been two more teenagers in the car.
