(FORT WAYNE) - An insanity defense is being planned for a 24-year-old Fort Wayne man accused of murdering his infant son last month.
The court-appointed attorney for Jason Lambert is citing his client's psychiatric condition as well as medications he was taking before the August 24th death of Lambert's 21-day-old son.
Lambert is facing several charges.
Police found the infant's body in Lambert's apartment.
