(NEW ALBANY) - A man serving a 225-year prison term for his role in three shooting deaths wants a new trial.

An attorney for Charles Boney has asked the Indiana Court of Appeals to overturn his convictions in the murders of Kimberly Camm, seven-year-old Bradley and five-year-old Jill in 2000.

David Camm, a former Indiana state trooper and the husband of Kimberly, also was convicted of the murders. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
