Children Rescued From Burning Home

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Two children remain in serious condition today after they were rescued from a burning home in Indianapolis early Saturday morning.

The nine-year-old girl and seven-year-old boy were found alone when the flames were discovered.

The children are at Riley Hospital for Children, where they are being treated for burns.

The mother, 31 year-old Lackish Hyde, told police she left the children alone while she went to pickup her boyfriend.
