(OWENSBORO, KY.) - An Indiana woman accused of helping her boyfriend escape after he murdered three people is asking a judge to dismiss charges against her.
If a judge decides that Misty Davis was married to Nicholas Harbison at the time of the alleged crimes, she could not be charged with assisting a criminal under Indiana law.
