(TERRE HAUTE) - A 26-year-old Terre Haute man is facing murder charges in the death a two-year-old boy.
Emil Garver is also accused of battery resulting in death and neglect of a dependent resulting in death. A judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf and he remains in the Vigo County Jail.
The boy, Kieran Flanagan, died last week. Garver lived with Kieran's mother and grandmother.
Police say Garver has changed his story several times about what happened to the child on Thursday.
