Teen's Sentence Set For Crashing Into Madison Regatta Crowd

(MADISON) - A teenager who drove his car into a crowd during the Madison Regatta in 2006 will spend three years in prison for criminal recklessness.

Michael Bowen will have the final year of his sentence split between in-home detention and probation.
