(NEW ALBANY) - A New Albany man is under arrest after police say he set up an elaborate surveillance system to record his roommate’s girlfriend.
The voyeurism charges were set against 27-year-old Patrick Lockhart.
State police found videotapes that showed the woman in various modes of undress.
