Last updated on Monday, June 4, 2007

(UNDATED) - Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter says about 10,000 Indiana residents are eligible to receive a refund from Email Discount Network.

The company allegedly placed unauthorized charges and fees on consumers' phone bills using a practice commonly referred to as cramming.

Customers eligible for the possible refund will receive a postcard from Carter's office.
