(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana Department of Corrections Commissioner David Donahue has adopted a no tolerance policy of sexual violence and harassment in the state’s prison system.
A DOC summit is dealing with prevention, detection, treatment and court action to settle any problem.
DOC Director of Mental Health Bill Elliott says this problem applies to contact between inmates, between corrections department employees and between inmates and employees.
