State Bars To Advance Clocks One Hour Later, Governor Says

Last updated on Thursday, March 8, 2007

(UNDATED) - The Indiana Licensed Beverage Association is applauding a decision by Governor Daniels to allow bars to turn their clocks ahead at 3:00AM this Sunday.

Clocks are supposed to spring forward an hour at 2:00AM, which would then make it 3:00AM, the time most bars close.

The Association says losing an hour of business would cost establishments around the state a total of about $250,000 dollars.
