(FRANKLIN) - Johnson County Sheriff Terry McLaughlin, along with several deputies, are facing a federal lawsuit over the death of a 48-year-old inmate.
In court documents filed, the estate of Donny Gene Browning is alleging that deputies failed to act properly when browning had a seizure. The lawsuit claims deputies used excessive force just a year ago.
